Title says all... This is never gona be the same old aiw :(

this is not fully "released"...think of it as beta...and there are more on usually during the day(its 2:40am here right now) but the most i have seen is about...5 servers with people in them?

Exactly these revisions are just for testing, there's no official release yet.

See it as a open beta.

EDIT:

Also try to make 4D1 videos and people will start asking where they can download it.

i hear someone not ever try... they scare of VAC bans. even i told its not gonna happen to get vac bans of this.

i was kinda thinking that would happen too....you could try to mention that it does not use VAC anti-cheat?

Who would really give a shit if you were VAC banned for this? It's not like MW2 on Steam is worth playing anyway.

Well getting VAC2 banned on mw2 can sometimes mean getting banned on other games which run the same Anti-Cheat. My friend was hacking on mw2 and a week later he got vac banned, but he also noticed that he was banned from other games.

On-topic: IW4 does not use or check VAC status on steam. So calm your tits people, and just play IW4 instead of the other game, what was it called, MW2 on steam.

VAC bans are by engine

If you are banned on CS 1.6, you can't play any HL1 engine games such as original TF, Day of Defeat etc, but you can still play Source engine games

Same applies to Source, get banned on CSS you can't play on TF2, L4Ds etc..any Source Engine game..

MW2 isn't Source engine and as far as I know the MW2 engine isn't connected to any engines..pretty sure Black Ops and MW3 are different engines from Mw2..I could be wrong about MW3 but Black Ops by Treyarch so I think its diff engine..

Get banned on MW2 won't affect any other games..MW3 is a chance its same engine but I doubt Black ops is..

from steam support

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

VAC is enabled on all multiplayer servers, public and private. Any modifications to the game other than editing config files can result in a VAC ban. Examples of such modifications include but are not limited to console enablers, VAC disablers, and server hosting mods.

A VAC ban in Modern Warfare 2 only affects Modern Warfare 2.

so even if u are VAC'd from mw2 id doesnt compromise other games on the account
