i hate ppl like this, who actualy see all the post like a warn thing, they request help, they get warn for caps.

(sometimes they don't get help) btw i'm talking to normal members, admins use to help ppl before say:

But they have broken rules. And as such, they should be treated equally with a warning.

 

Anyway, about the actual problem, try to remove any steam*.dll apart from steam_api.dll.

what do you mean steam*.dll apart steam_api.dll? you mean inside of it?

 

Inside your game folder probably ...

User warned. Anyway the problem is when it can't read/write a file make sure to game is not in your Program Files.

His location of IW4M is in the "D" drive according to the .dmp file

i guess this error is forever

This error exists as long as this isn't the stock game.... its because inevitably there are some cases where the code that we hacked into the game conflicts with other code and causes it to crash.
