If your running on Windows 2008 Server OS and dsut.exe crashes then

Go to Server Manager > Features > Add Features > (expand .NET Framework 3.5.1 Features) > (check .NET Framework 3.5.1) > (click Install)

    And If I running on windown 2003 server OS ?

    Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Component -> now check "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0" and click "next"

    Then go here -> http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... aspx?id=22

    Download and install .Net Framework 3.5 SP1
