Please guys tell me there's some sort of anticheat in the project, I got banned from 3 servers in TeknoMW3.

There is a fully functional aCI which bans (almost) all the hackers.

but i think it need some update cuz there some cheater not to much 2 or 3 use a new hack version

he can change he's name very fast i can't even kick them from my server

Then make sure legacy clients can't connect to your game if you haven't already done that.

there's a difference between kicking (calling SV_DropClient on the server) and crashing their client (making them display a material pointer exploit string).

And what is the time it is required to the aCI what to distinguish the cheater? In video, it was 2nd match whithout ban. Whether also there are private hacks, which can't detected ?

Private hacks are harder to detect, but it doesn't mean they are undetectable
