I find the need sometimes to just...do nothing.

When I read Mr.Predator's guide, I felt that he was drifting from the actual art of doing absolutely nothing.

ESTIMATED TIME INTERVAL: 10 DAYS.

 

Step ONE

Turn off you screen monitor. All lights in the vicinity and electronic devices should be shut off. Pissed off roommates and family members are, by the average odds, 63.56% possible. Tell them that you need inner peace.

 

Step TWO

Sit on the floor, in any way comfortable. Focus on a spot on the wall in front of you until you feel everything in your consciousness and mind is focused on that one spot on the wall. Step THREE

Go to your neighborhood pool. You will have to not breathe through your nose OR mouth. Practice being underwater for 2 minutes at a time, 10 times each time, and 2 times a day until you can sit peacefully at the bottom, giving no fucks about being underwater. Oh, and your eyes have to be closed.
