• OOP'd PatchMW2ServerList, Feeder/UIScript/ClickHandler (or DrawOwner w.e.) menu elements now are quite easy to manipulate (more in a later commit, with a mod selector)
  replaced 'username' char array with 'ticker'
  if NO_UPNP or DEBUG is defined, upnp is turned off (it just wastes time..)
  ui_browserMod defaults to -1
  added openmenu command to open menus (dunno if it was already there...meh)
