Only on MW3!! Mw2 and Mw works fine

Hm, well how many GB of RAM do you have? To me, it sounds like you're running out of memory.

...Are you using any "external programs" that affect the game in any way when you attempt to launch?

Does it happen with any other games? Try turning firewall off and try again, also what anti-virus are you using?

But do as I said, turn firewall off, then run the game, to see if that changes anything.

You could also check if iw5m.dat is allowed(or even added) in the firewall.

its checked in firewall. I don't know why but its not so crashy anymore.Its rarely crashing now...

 

But i got now ANOTHER issue...my mouse and keyboard bugs on mw3...im playing normally and then for 1 sec my keyboard and mouse lag and i keep walking in same direction(i cant stop) if i was shooting i still do and i cant move my mouse...
