Matchmaking only works by giving 1 person host, which means the server files have to be included, right?

Well first you join a lobby and then all players of this lobby will be transfered on one of ATVI's dedicated servers, I think.

Which takes away at least one problem: The lack of dedicated servers. I get that we still won't have mods, but at least they finally have some sort of ranked dedicated server system..

But that system still sucks because ATVI decided to not release the server files, which is a huge step backwards in my opinion. Clan servers are not possible anymore, no customization for the servers, and so on. Treyarch stated that they will administrate the servers but they can't handle the huge amount of the servers, which leads to cheater overflows. ATVI just wants to get as much control of the game as they have on the consoles. Bastards.
