Like 30 min ago chat was working, now when people type chat doesnt work...

Why are you spamming with your errors. Check your keybinds in config_mp.cfg

i mean no one on my server can chat..

I noticed this too on a few servers, maybe they arent on r23 or something?

Same Problem..

I updated another server Copy of MW3 with the dsut.exe and now the Chat is not working..

 

but my other server not-updated are working great.

 

I have Rev. 23 on my PC.

It IS a problem with r23. do NOT update server files

ok, so im dumbass, i reinstalled the game, redownloaded all DLC reinstalled server... --' haha so its not my problem its server problem right?

You have to update in order to get the New Maps working.
