I'm too lag in battlefield 3, D:, my system is:

CPU: Intel® Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz

CPU Speed: 2.4 GHz

RAM: 4 GB

Operative System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 32-bit

Video Card: GeForce 210

and much disk space(alike 200 GB + other disk that is a total of 300 GB)

That GPU and CPU is pretty weak for BF3. As he said above, it is time to upgrade.

If you are planning on upgrading, I'd recommend a phenom II x4 965 with a HD 6870....if you're on a budget, if not go bananas

He probably has an Intel motherboard. Also you could get i5 2500k about 150€ if you know where to look.

Put everything on low. If that doesn't help, nothng does, excpt upgrading.

When I played BF3 before my fucking account got hacked I ran it on 800x600 on all low settings.

Also make sure your settings are on low and the resolution is as low as possible.

Oh your old was q8400 aswell? I have 2700k right now.

You won't be able to play Battlefield 3 until you change that CPU and GPU (as said before).

That CPU should run it on Medium/High just fine... all he needs is a different GPU
