probleme bei start von iw4m

Guten tag ich habe beim start von iw4m immer eine fehlermeldung !! Diese lautet / fatal error (0xc0000005) at 0x006b5e5a a minidump has been written to iw4m-3.0-105-20121021184258.dmp :evil:

ich habe echt keine ahnung was ich machn muss damit diese nicht mehr kommt // Bitte um hilfe // danke im vorraus
