Here is the MW3 Mod. The Mod changes all the perk icons, some weapon models and the icons, the killstreaks and their sounds, the HUD, the equipment icons... The Announcers changes the battlechatters.

All of them were replaced by their Modern Warfare 3 ones.

The author of this mod is Jiangyi

 

You can download either just the Announcers files or just the Mod. You have to put the *.iwd files into the MW2 folder "main" (where all the other *.iwd files are)

I had recommended people run the MW3 Mod with my Specialist Strike Package mod a while back and a lot of people were asking for a DL link for the MW3 mod. Now they have one Thats what i meant

By the way, Overkill, could you include sound links to the perks in your Specialist Strike Package Mod? (eg. Announcer will say the perk name when the user gets that perk, like in MW3) If you can, then I have some more things to work with.......

It should work just by putting everything in the main folder. I guess you can try putting everything into the m2demo folder, and see if that works.

Did you download V6 with the V7? V7 is only a minor update to V6.

This is a very old video that I made when the announcer files were still experimental (I think this is like, Pre-V4?). I would make a newer one, but I can't find a server near me that actually has people on it.

It's not meant to be ran as a "mod". You just place it in either /main or /m2demo folder and you'll be good to go.
