All my friends are saying they can play but when I click on LaunchIW5M.exe it opens this screen

but it never gets out of it. My friends had this error but now they don't but I still have it.

When I click over that screen it says iw5m.dat stopped working. Cn aomseone help me?

Restarting your PC should do it but if it doesn't work, try to reboot your router. Firewall also can cause this. Rebooting my router fixed it.
