Hi,

I got IW4M to work and stuff, but I'm still level one. How do I transfer my stats over from either the old AlterIWnet model or from my steam MW2 account into IW4M? I can get the menu screen to load, but I can't join games because it says "mp_compact.ff is missing", or the map file is missing. I transferred all my map files from the steam game into the raw/maps and raw/maps/mp folders. But I pretty much can't play any map with other players on it. The game crashes with error messages, with various reasons for various maps I try to play. I know nothing about coding or modding, so if you could just tell me which files to move into which directory, or if it is even possible, I would be grateful. Thanks.

Please transfer your .ff mapfiles back in the zone folder.

Your stats would have synchronized if you'd them in your players folder before your first gamestart.

Just place the iw4m.exe and dll in the rootfolder of your game, create a folder named "raw" and extract the content of the raw.iwd in it.

There was a post about it was something about the stats. Like md2ef_BLAHBLAH.stat or something like that. NTA said that btw.. all you had to do was rename that to playerstats.txt and import it using EAM

Ok, I don't know whatever diduknowipwn said, but to stvlker - I copy pasted them, not cut paste, so the maps are still there.

EDIT: Oh, and putting FastFiles into raw won't work, they need to be in zone/english and zone/dlc.

Copy the stat files over from your steam games player folder to IW4M players folder and use /uploadstats
