Experiencing this problem since the last week or so, not only me.. I ask other people too in servers and they too say yes.

In middle of a match, very frequently it appears as if my mouse (sometimes keyboard too) gets unplugged and plugged again. It gets really annoying as you can't even land a single hit on a foe.

It does not happen with any other game or application. Tried changing mouse and keyboard, reinstalled drivers but didn't help a bit.

Go to your installation directory /players2, open config_mp with notepad. Press CTRL+F and type 'priority', set the value next to it from '0' to '1'. This will fix your constant freezing that makes you think that your keyboard is unplugged. And also, changing your mouse scrolling rate to 125hz will fix your mouse lag.

It's polling rate. If your mouse had some software with it, you can usually do it from there. Otherwise, search that in YT, a guy has posted a nice tutorial about it.
