last time I check there is a such thing but good luck connecting other players since connect command does not work. Invite from Tnet friends list will come in time.

 

but I highly recommend you to just setup a dedicated (password protected if you want private only) server and tell your friend to connect internal ip 192.168.xxx.xxx because LAN server list is broken.
