EDIT: do you use two accounts ._. ?

Type "/readstats" in the in-game console...

If readstats doesn't help just restart the game a couple of times. (Or a PC restart.)

I've seen so many people (even during aIW times), that rather make a post and wait, while having the game with the error message still running in the background
