Please help me with this problem

I've recently downloaded MW3 and tried to install 4D1. I placed the 2 files from the client rar file in the main folder. But when I run LaunchIW5M.exe as an admin I get this error:

 

System.IO.IOException: Kan geen toegang krijgen tot het bestand (its in dutch)

Delete iw5m.ini in your IW5M directory, then Launch IW5M and enter your credentials..

Yes, But follow my exact steps... (Read it carefully)

1-Download the IW5M client from here http://iw5.prod.fourdeltaone.net/files/iw5m-client.zip and extract it to your desktop

2-Go to your IW5M folder and copy mss32.dll and paste it into your desktop

3-Now in your desktop, launch the updater (LaunchIW5M.exe) and it should download files and folder and it should appear on your desktop

4-Now Copy all the files and folder in the desktop and paste them into your IW5M folder

5-Overwrite files if prompted

6-Now run the game

I don't have steam. And on my other pc I didn't had steam either, but it worked there.

Just download Steam and launch it and run IW5M, then it should give instructions on how to play without steam..
