Not unless they prestige to 11 afaik, haven't touched IW4M for quite some time now...

Which won't work. The NP server doesn't accept prestige 11.

If you host your own server then you could modify some .gsc to make you display 11th prestige. It doesn't 'stick' of course, but it works.

i'm just modifying/adding-on-to the existing alteradmin plugin and coding up a server side dvar for the b3 to trigger.

It's not possible to push players to prestige 11 since setplayerdata got blocked.

Even if it was unblocked, the best you would achieve would be to mess the stats (since they would no longer save) of whoever entered your server, tagging ot as a "malicious server".
