Hey guys i need help. i downloaded the skidrow version of the game upload by extremezone and i am having some problems, after i install the game and direct x 9.0 i put in the crack and try to launch the game. the game loads but all i see is a black screen. i go to task manger and it says T6 is not responding. can some PM me a working fix or anything. any help is much appreciated

No, sorry. Since we upgraded the engine to use DirectX11, Windows XP is no longer supported. It requires Windows Vista or later.

@OP, the cake is faulty, skidrow messed up with that. Wait for a proper or buy the game.

I already have directX 11

Open a new notepad and copy and paste this into it, then save it as a batch file.

Move the file into your BO2 installation directory and run it. See if it works for you.

sorry man, it didnt work. i think that the skidrow crack has a messed up dll or something

Get the crackfix v2. Then change your timezon to GMT +8 and date to Nov 14th. That made it work for me.

rather get the crack as posted by Steam006 on the BO2 topic on Rin; outside of not being obfuscated it fixes all the time issues and isn't some weird Chinese disreputable crack (then again, I only theoretically know if it works; it may very well be just as broken).

Move to Australia/New Zealand/Place where timezone is UTC+8+

Nothing fixes it 100%. I did EVERYTHING. Had steam running,used the latest crack fix,updated direct X and w/e the other thing was,changed timezone and date. I admit doing all this DID fix the start up crash error (Error during initialization:Unhandled exception caught), but the game still crashes in missions. As someone said wait for a Proper release(first time iv seen Skidrow fuck up), or buy the game.

The "crack fix v2" is nothing but the original crack fix.I believe it may include the date fix, but that's all that's different. As i said though NOTHING fixes the game 100% that iv seen. I can play it as of now but it crashes alot still, either in missions or in the mission menus.

That fixex the time zone bug. But i have different bugs apparantly caused by my 6 core procesor where the horses kept falling through the sand and get stuck, so i had to either turn off 2 cores on my CPU or do 75% of the mission on foot..( Way to go optimizing your games for 6 core procesors treyarch)

Had the Same probem. Installing The New Nvidia beta drivers fixed It For me.

i've updated my nVidia GeForce GTX 560 driver tried multiple cracks, and changed time zone's, Still did not work hopefully skidrow fixes this
