Why would iw have anything to do with it? Apart from engine, textures, models, code, etc...

I called my game folder TCM1. Tencent Multiplayer 1. Easy.

Anyway, Tencent seems like other studios. They copy, paste, add their twist and bam, another popular FPS series.

It's crazy how I'm bored to explain that.

YES, they copy pasted a lot.

YES, you people have to admit they worked a little on the engine, added some cool stuff in one game (like Nuketown)

YES, they did that for money BUT you have to know that they didn't released this game like "BAM another COD", but they finnaly released a COD for China, because this country never been able to play this game due to this shitty government they got.

Oh and, the game is free to play.. do you really think they'll build up a WHOLE game with a WHOLE new engine ? (they don't even bring a new engine for the paid version we got .. so).

PS : I'm not mad or anything.. ._.

 

And thanks for the info.. I'll try to do stuff.. but it is out of my capability now, I think..

I'm more a texture modder :P

I'd never expect a new engine, especially with the past history of ColD games. But, they are still lazy. There is still the golden desert eagle in the .ff's and as of now there is no golden desert eagle in the .iwd's. I'd of thought they would have of least tried to implement/make new stuff. And don't give me "it's free to play." Other (These guys aren't indie, but other indie) developers actually create a game. A game that has not been copied and pasted. A game that is new. The only real work I see is: A different story line, a tweaked engine, some new textures, animations, some new code, re-packed iwd's and ff's and that is it. Oh, and a new gui. (Sounds like past popular FPS games.)

Also, I'm not even mad :3
