[REQ]m9 issue/killstreaks

Can someone edit that mod to remove the anti Hardscope on the secondary (M9) because the anti-hardscope gets affected the secondary too, and it very annoying.

Also can someone disable the Custom Killstreaks?? I tried searching for a dvar couldn't find it...
