Alright I would like to implement this into my server. Basically it's like promod.. You can move when the game first starts and says Waiting for other team... and then Match Begins in...

Then when the game ends you can still move around during the match bonus and everything. Looked everywhere with no luck, anyone know?

Why do you even need to move before and after the game?

IMO: kind of stupid for the running before the counter ends. Why?

Because some people connect faster than others (but the ones that are slower still connect within the 'time period') and they get the opportunity to rush to the other's spawn and camp before they are even in the game yet. Well, on S&D anyways, lol.

That's annoying for slow connectors. Especially in round-based gametypes like SnD...

Example: Bomb is nearly planted because of one fast connector, wo has an SSD...the other players are still about to spawn.

Exactly my thoughts. Also, OP you are wrong, you can't run in promod before the timer ends...you can just run when the round ended, so just freezing for round-end is removed in promod...
