When i move the Launch "IW5M.exe" and "DbNetwork" Files to my IW5 Reloaded Folder and start it it says "LaunchIW5M has encountered a problem and needs to close

.Net Framework 3.5 isn't included in the Windows XP OS unlike Windows 7,

so uninstall .Net Framework 4.0 and 3.5(if installed) then install 3.5 again and then 4.0

My router model is TrendNet

I have TrendNet router and i think static ip but not 100%

Update your router's firmware, try with UPnP off, or get a decent router.

Change your firmware to a linux-based firmware,

DD-WRT is a good one linux based firmware and it also supports TrendNet routers..
