Help me i get this error when i start my LaunchIW4M that started to happen when i recently updated it i think the update came out today so can some one help me plz

wow thats wierd Fourdeltaone MW2 does not work but Alterrev MW2 works O.o

I would completely re install the game and install a fresh copy of IW4M onto that.

cant it only crashes and the sad thing about it is that i dont have the installer for mw2 anymore gonna play some mw3

As I said, have you recently changed your folders name/moved your gamfolder ? Also, have you tried deletig caches.xml ?

no i didnt change the folder names all the folders i have are : cache, cheat report tool, logs, m2demo, main, miles, mods, players and zone and yes i deleted the cache file

Click on windows start menu and type "regedit" (and open it)

Browse to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\

and delete "fourDeltaOne" folder.

Then launch the game again and it will ask you to define the game path again.

As an alternative, you can also modify the game path on the registry, but it's easier if you just delete the entries and redefine the path when asked.

This should do the trick..

I was getting lazy to keep reposting it, but THiLaN is right, that will fix it.

Even if you reinstall the game, that registry entry will remain there. The only ways of fixing that error are either moving the game back to the folder where it was, or change that registry key.

It looks like he is using some type of Linux distro, so maybe that is his problem?

it is windows im using a Ubuntu Skin Pack it was working with the skin pack
