[Release] Custom Killstreaks v3

Version 1: first release.

Version 2: added new killstreaks, fixed bugs and improved the older ones (for example added ability to ads in the reaper like in MW3, also the remote sentry is now really can be controlled from far away), finally removed the flyable helicopter killstreak (since only now I noticed how buggy and annoying this killstreak is).

Version 2.1: added new killstreaks.

Version 2.2: fixed bug with Osprey Gunner, added new killstreak: "Pavelow Gunner".

Version 3: Now you can choose where you want the Osprey Gunner to drop the care packages (like in IW5), also the reaper missile model replaced with a magicbullet to make it more realistic (thanks to x0v3rKiLx for the advice).
