I'd like to have iw4m.dat open in 2 windows so that are 2 clients running at the same time. I already tried changing iw4m.dat to exe and copying it once so that I have 2 iw4m.exe (that's how I always did it for cod4) but unfortunately that didn't work.

And you would do that, why again ?

I'm going to make an edit and I wanted to make cinematics where you see a player.

maybe copy iw4m.dat rename to .exe start the .dat with .bat file ( start iw4m.dat ) and start the .exe normaly

Go on promod 3.3

put a bot somewhere and let him stay there

record a cinematic

Create a new folder for the second client. Copy + Paste your game files in it. Then delete the iw4m.ini in your new folder and create a new account here.

Then open the two games...

Why complicate this?

He can just download promod, and add a static bot, which he can record.
