I have the black screen problem, what should i do ?

Alt + Enter, then there should be a message box with the error message. Tell us the error message THEN we can help you.

i can't see the anything, hust an error litte box on the task bar and half of the screen is black so i can't see the message. If i press alt+enter everything closes, the same thing happends if i press esc.

Its easy to do, but hard to explain. After you get a blackscreen, press the WIN button. ( Windows flag key) . It should show you the error message. If not, do ctrl + alt + dlt , and select task manager. That should ALSO show to error.

windows button only showed the start menu. I managed to open task manager, and the error was very simple named "Error". what now ?

heya can i have some help i have this error its says could not load image `gamefonts_pc.if this image name starts with `preview_mp_`, that i might be missing iw_22.iwd/iw_23.iwd. Read relevant FAQ entry #/support can u help me i dont know what to do i ahev download 22iwd and 23iwd and put it in there and still same error please help me plz
