Add bots and finally LAN-support and the "dead-end" might be enjoyable. I did enjoy alterIW M1 because it did have these features.

Uh, NTA said he feels like IW5M is a dead-end.

And it is a dead end because the game is completely "messed" up (not to be rude) by that lag compensation crap, wich makes hit register concept ridiculous, and maps are too small to think of proper usability, rather than having up to 18 players raping eachother.

But for now, we keep having a bit of fun with it. It's a nice game to play, but it will have a short life, unlike IW3 or IW4M

 

18 players are for ground war 9 vs 9, all other are 6vs6

Agreed, technically bots are available for both games.

 

But LAN is missing.. if you ever decide to abandon IW5M give us at least an offline option.

You guys have put a lot of work into this project, it would be a shame to just forget about it. like Haven said, leave us with offline and we could play with bots... like the old altermw2, then move on. Iw5m is the best version of cod8 and deserves the offline option after all the improvements made to it.
