First of all, I would like to clear up some stuff within this post.

 

We don't make cracks for the games. We try to improve them with various features, like dedicated servers, mod support, demo recording and various other feature - we simply don't have a Steam check allowing 'cracked' clients to play.

 

As for the game mentioned in your topic title, we refer to it as T6 here as we have copyright issues with names of Activision's products - T6 is a code-name for that game. We have already made a stance for that game known here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=20320. That will clear any confusion relating this matter.
