Hi,

 

I keep getting the error that i "Could not reach the fourDeltaOne.net server. Error code: Curl 7."

 

I saw the IW5M solution but it did not work for me... I tried disabling my antivirus and everything.

 

Any help would be great. Thanks

 

UPDATE: I tried running in xp sp3 compatability, now it says "Error during initialization: Could not connect to NP server at iw4.prod.fourdeltaone.net"

 

Update 2: I opened it with administrator and it begins to work with servers now except there are >10 servers

Did you also disable your firewall?

 

Also, check your server browser filters!

The problem is most probably with your router's firewall messing with the traffic.

Try disabling your router's firewall.

How do you disable the network firewall?

Depends on your router.

Google 'YOURROUTER firewall', you might find something...

Type in ur IP into browser and config that router. Otherwise you can find it on Windows' /Control Panel's/ System & Security/ Firewall/ Disable.

Not so hard, is it?

Windows firewall doesn't use to cause those issues, wich means that it shouldn't get disabled (because you're supposed to leave one firewall on, to minimally protect your computer)

As I said before, those issues are usually caused by the router's firewall.

I honestly have no clue what happened, but today I tried it again and all the servers showed up without any issue... Computers are unpredictable
