I'd rather see it in IW4M, as we can edit menus there and it has better modding capablities

 

Well there is a mw3 type killstreak system mod for IW5M already right? Just a few adjustments have to made for that to adapt it to the way tx2 manages killstreaks.

IW5M however is more challenging.
