as far as I know, blackpulse is based in the USA. I doubt they will play with you guys.

Also, the only clans you can play with without giving a handicap to one guy or the other (ping differences) are Indian and Pakistani clans (no one will play with Pak, so...)

If you wanna help, spread the word. Sitting in the forums, you hardly know how mw2 is dying day by day and more and more people are leaving it. This tourney is a sort of revival. We are making no profit out of it. Beside you can also look into the error I uploaded today.
