Well, he does think that it's an achievement, but he didn't do it just to have the most posts. Apparently, he has nothing better to do and he likes to help other users. And it's pretty easy to make 15 posts a day, it's a bit hard to keep it going for months, but still, 5500 isn't that much considering it's been almost 10 months since he registered.
