Does anyone know of a way to get past the internet blocks and play IW5M on my school's internet? I have tried several VPN's and they don't seem to work. I have used HTTP-tunnel, ProxyCap, and YourFreedom all without success. And please do not give me the ordinary "you should do your work in school, not play games" reply because i know. I do my work but at times, you have nothing else to do. So, is there any other thing i can use to play IW5M through the school internet?

If you have tried everything, why come to us? We can't do anything about the school blocking ports.

Where did i say i tried everything? I just listed the things i did try. There are other solutions out there, i just can't find them.

Ask your teacher to port forward ports : )

username: admin

password: admin

when he types 192.168.1.1 in browser, if that would work he's not that dumb to forward the ports, if that ain't working then beg your teacher to forward it

Any school where that works doesn't deserve internet...

 

Anyway, I've tried multiple approaches. My school has uber-nazi protections; god knows, it took some work to even get the game to start. You could try using a certain offline mod that I will not recommend for any other reason and HTTP tunneling if you're desperate.

Mine's worse : computer specs not supporting it..... Newer ones have arrived, but it's Macs, can't install IW5M there....

 

Anyway, won't there still be other programs such as DeepFreeze in school computers?
