Dragunov and W1200 already available through mods/gametypes.

wich gametypes/mods?

For W1200 just load the m40a3 mod on oilrig (g_gametype m40a3) the gun will be loaded as secondary then.

For the dragunov modify the m40a3.gsc in your gametypes folder (rather copying and renaming it) and rename the two lines with "m40a3" to "dragunov"

    basically, i would like to see all weapons models from iw5m in iw4m, because they are more accurate to their real life counterparts.

    i think quite opposite.

     

    not having some real life weapons in a 2009 made game, instead having some form 1950 (rpd lmg) or some fake desingned ones (ak 47) isn't something to praise for.

     

    also in iw4m, when you do iron sight move (right mouse scope), iron sight is fixed, like player doesn't breathe. it doesn't happen with iw3 or iw5 wapons.
