Where can I find the mod stated in title, which is used in counter strike mod, which is present on some servers and activated by pressing a button (mostly N) , can I use this mod client-side only? If yes, how? will it be considered as hack (aCI) ? Thanks for answering my questions.

I implemented this on my iSnipe server by pressing N a few weeks back. :3

 

Anyways, no you can't use it client-side, because it sets dvars that can only be modified if sv_cheats is enabled/set to 1, (can only be done within a mod, because it's 'cheat protected' unfortunately) :/

For the most part, it's just r_fullbright 1

Which can't be done client side really, because you have to have sv_cheats 1 enabled.
