hello there, I have found a solution for not being able to play iw4m on the mac, you will need wineskin and make a wrapper, install mono ( which emulates microsoft .net ) and put your mw2 files into the wrapper ( if you don't know how to do that, google is your friend, and open the info.plist file in the wrapper and set the path to c:/Program Files/*installation folders name */iw4m.exe , save plist, open your wrapper and bam it will open and you will be able to play!!! If there is any confusion please feel free to ask questions.

 

* some things to keep in note are that the mouse does have a lag that will make it hard to play *

1) Get windows 7 from p at tb

2) Install windows 7 using bootcamp

3) install iw4m

4) Success!

Mac was never fully supported but okay.. if this work good job.

1) Get windows 7 from p at tb

2) Install windows 7 using bootcamp

3) install iw4m

4) Success!

 

 

I do that but, I'm talking about use when I am in my mac os x partition, because I have my video editing software I like to use and I hate rebooting.

I think you could just launch iw4m.dat
