Are we allowed to ban cheaters from game manually?

Heh, the same thing we thought at aIW. Until some people just went crazy and ragebanned without a proper reason.

So we are allowed to ban them manually ? Even though it's kinda useless.

Ban user, ban ip

 

Now he will have to be arsed to:

1.Use proxy

2.Hack stats again

I vote "no".

First of all, if we did the manual bans, the forum would get SPAAAAAAAAAAMED with cheat reports.

We're supposed to have an anti-cheat running. Let it do the work and let's improve it whenever we can.

Manual bans can be issued by dedicated server owners (let them do their work).

What we could do was manual ban for dedicated server ban evaders (but once again, I think it would be a bit hard to prove that someone has been evading bans on specific dedicated servers).
