Cait:Because she's the best skin in the game ->safari cait, 's CC and zoning which most adc lacks, nice escape with net flash and cleanse +traps, awsome poke, though she only beats other adcs with nunu (and taric)

Vayne:constant repositioning, 300+ true damage /1.5 sec late game , has CC, can carry whole team if played well, not the easiest champ.

I have yet to play Ezreal; his arcane shift appeals to me though.. my positioning with Graves isn't the best (somewhat annoyingly crappy sometimes) and I often get caught out of position (Graves' E doesn't move that far anyway, more of an offensive spell)..

Start farming and buy those 450 IP champs. All of them. Then when you're out of 450 IP champs, you buy the 1350 ones. Same thing goes for the higher price ones.
