Nope. It's on all servers. BC stackers are problem at SEA servers too.

first off, when you're picking your champion for a game, don't pick a bad one. seriously. you cant carry with soraka.

 

also - be wary of the recommended builds. theyre okay now, but not great.

 

btw, dont expect to be able to rely on your teammates to carry/kill/cs/call mia/???

 

just play the tut and maybe a few bot games to get the hang of it. of and dont buy any runes k. runes are for lvl 30 people. buying

Are 10 heroes FTP every week or so ?

yeah, each week there are 10 champions that enter free-rotation. meaning to start off with there's only a pool of 10 champs. then you buy champs with IP. champs you've bought can still be free week, though

and wtf no tier 1 runes arent worth shit

It's much more forgiving as compared to DotA.

It's pretty newbie friendly.

I feel that inability to deny may reduce competitive value.

Looks a bit cartoony ( although I can't complain. )

Maps feel bigger.

Viewport is a little further than I'm used to.

Map is not bigger. Because the time for a guy to move from 1 lane to another take less than 10 second.Especially Teemo.

Really like this game...but nobody ever showed me how this works....i gaved up hope after like 3months of playing , i had no clue what i was doing , i just knew the basics...so yeah it was very frustating.

Fucking Maestro Error. This has never happened before :

On Ashie always get Infinity Edge before Blood Thirster, and never get a Giant's Belt.

 

Also - we dont know how much IP you have (lol influence points), so we don't know who you can afford.

 

For good and cheap AP mids - Annie, Ryze, Morgana

For good AD carries - Ashie, Sivir, Teemo

 

BTW you can get Tristana and Alistar for free (Like their FB page and subscribe to their YT channel or something - google it)

A carry! They carry their team to victory!

They do mad DPS (damage per second), and there are really 2 types - ranged ADs that go bottom lane and AP mages that go mid.

 

btw if you want to blow that on a 6.3k champ then i suggest vayne/cait/brand/malz/anivia/swain

varus seems so slowwww.....i suggest kog maw, because of his range and his W does damage based on their hp.
