Hi , I would like to create for Singleplayer maps loading screen's. Does anyone of you is that from? My screen is 1280 x 720 [PNG 1.58 MB] To create the dds file I use Photoshop CS5.

Anyways dds2iwi.exe seems to refuse to work, I drop the .dds onto the converter's 'icon' like you're supposed to then it starts up momentarily like normal but does not output a new .iwi.

 

This is the first time I've ever had this problem, any suggestions?

 

I've even tried running the program in Administrator, and I get the same results.

I followed that tutorial but, I am stopped at trying to convert it back into a .iwi.

Use a DDS to IWI converter and then fix the CRC32.

Hello, the Loadingscreen works with this settings. But the Pic is verry compressed. From 1,3MB to 600KB. My Pic size is 1280 x 720 PNG.

 

Export with "RGB8 nomips" and use this to convert it.
