He probably confused Wallpaper with the Splash picture... Wallpaper is .jpg, splash is .bmp. Splash is the picture that's in the post, not the picture that's linked.

i want 1280*1024, not 1920x1200, and i have another problem, even i downloaded other backgrounds with the same resolution as my game ( 1280x1024), it's still doesn't fir correctly like it's bigger then then screen.
