1. Probably not, and if it will be it's not too hard to level with XP x4 anyway.

2. IIRC NTA said he wanted to keep the all perks pro glitch.

3. It's a bit like battlelog/elite, it's supposed to be released with IW5M but it might be delayed.

I guess having more normal rate of XP, like x2 would be fine but in my opinion x4 is too high, for the pro perk shitz well it would be better to also unlock them and delaying TNet is also kinda strange, the screenshots were pretty badass, well in the end this is NTA's community he can do whatever he wants but I don't think this is so rational to make IW5M this way :?

It's not like "he's doing what he want" but he's doing the best for us.

XP rate is X4 and we got pro perks to avoid level hack and stuff like this.

If he's delaying TNet, it's maybe because he still got issues with, so he need to work on it.

Why is that? Getting Marathon Pro in MW2 for example makes pretty much everyone want to level hack...

Well... what i mean is then there's nothing to unlock yourself, only weapons... would be more challenging if we could unlock perks and get them to pro.

+attachments. How is unlocking stuff in MW3 challenging anyways? It's not like unlocking a pro perk requires skill, only a fuckload of time.

 

You can still do all challenges, and you can still unlock weapon attachments and weapons. Oh, and titles and emblems.

Well I think NTA has his reasons and I kinda agree on how he manage IW5M still he should make this more clear to the user and explain why he's doing this...ect

 

I guess if I have proper levelling even if ti's a bit highly xp I don't care as soon as I'm equal to other people in the game and that it does not ruin the point of the game and well that's the case.

 

So well, after a small reflexion I mostly agree with the actual pace of IW5M still I'd prefer if the xp rate would be a little lower...
