How do I change the server name, I tried doing +set sv_hostname (name here) but it didnt work

If you use my config and change what you need to in the config, everything will be fine

Try to put +set sv_hostname "name" after +exec server.cfg

Edit your server.cfg...

 

set sv_hostname "Your Server Name Here"

Also on another note. Make sure you have the Quote marks e.g. "Server TDM XPx4"

If you're running a mod, I think this is true

If you're not running any mods at all, you have to put it in main

my server cfg is in main and the mod is in main
