2.Paste LaunchIW5M.exe and DBNetwork.Indigo.dll to MW3 Dir.

3.Go to 4D1 website, Make account

4.Run LaunchIW5M, and let it update.

5.Paste the DLC map to the ZONE map.

6.Paste the MAIN map to MW3 Dir

7.Paste the two terminal.ff to ZONE/DLC

8.Paste the two iw files to MAIN

9.Run LaunchIW5M and login

10.Play and Enjoy

Hi.. I did everything and it still doesn't work.. says that windows is finding a solution to fix. The mw3 torrent I downloaded already has teknogods client installed in. How can I remove it? There's so many files that I not sure which to remove. here is the screenshot:

Delete everything except dw, main, miles, players2, zone, binkw32.dll, iw5mp.exe, mss32.dll, logo.bmp, splash.bmp, localization.txt and steam_api.dll.

Then run the updater, it should do the rest.

Hmm.. maybe NTA should exclude iw5mp.exe from the updater, since it's an core game file, so he's distributing the game files which can be seen as 'piracy' from Activision's eyes.

iw5mp.exe is NOT on 4D1's updater...

If you delete iw5mp.exe and caches.xml and then start LaunchIW5M.exe, you'll see that you won't get iw5mp.exe

And it's not a core game file. We don't even use it.

Why don't you just simply download the dedicated server? You get all the files, Terminal installed as well and nothing to do apart from install the IW5M client.

1. Get steam then goto steam and open it.

2. Inside steam goto library you see a drop down menu under (LIBRARY) click tools.

3. Right click on call of duty: modern warfare 3 - Dedicated Server and install.

4. Pause the download now.

5. Goto Program files Steam\steamapps\common\callofdutymodernwarfare3 folder.

6. Copy (Main & Zone folders) from your teknogods mw3 folder to it to download faster

7. Go back to steam and Right Click on call of duty: modern warfare 3 - Dedicated Server.

8. Select properties

9. Select Local files

10. Click Verify integrity of tool cache (Now let it download or finish)

 

After everything downloaded on steam you will have the latest 1.9 Version of MW3

 

11. Get all the DLC files and IW files.

12. Make folders main and zone in your 4D1_Modernwarfare3.

13. Copy DLC files to your 4D1_Modernwarfare3 (DLC goes in zone and IW files to main)

14. Copy all files from Program files Steam\steamapps\common\callofdutymodernwarfare3 folder to your new 4D1_Modernwarfare3.

15. Replace any files it asked you to.

 

16. Goto http://www.fourdeltaone.net and make a new account if you havent got one.

17. Goto viewtopic.php?t=10242 Download Standalone Client Updater and extract the contents into your MW3 folder.

18. Click LaunchIW5M.exe and let it update

 

If you followed everything right you can now play with no errors (Let me know if you do)

Did all the steps and I still have the same error when I LaunchW5M. It says it stops working. Help plzz.

You put our 'patch' into your folder where you installed mw3, also we can't post links to the DLCs, google or Steam. Yes you can play without DLCs, you will just get kicked for not having them on most if not all servers ;p

It is the M W 3 directory. Its filtered out to replace with IW5.

We cant provide you with the DLC, find it yourself.

You shouldn't have to delete anything.

I am not getting any server so now I can't play mw3 online but when I played from tekno I had no problems please help me
