I found a video on YouTube with a level hack that apparently works, but I'm going to post here so that nobody else finds it. Apparently, level hack detection isn't perfect, because if you don't have a stat file already on the sever, you can apparently level hack before the stat file on the server is made.

(I'm getting these from a couple of sources, and my own knowledge)

I don't know, I barely figured out the entire idea from various sources and various guides i actually bothered to look at before making this posts.
