Any help on Opening Ports for IW5M?

Опубликовано:

Hello people, I was wondering if any of you know any way of opening my ports, because my NAT type is Moderate, and sometimes it goes Strict.

I've went to portforward.com, did everything it said(My Router is a TP-LINK TL-WR740N), made my IP Static(My Internet stopped afterwards so i changed it back), everything you can think of, but still no progress.

I've also Disabled my Firewall, because a known stepback for Port Opening was the Windows FireWall.

I also did it the old fashioned way by going on Run -> Services(Search for Vista/7 Users) (which is in the System32 Folder) and Enabled my uPnP and my SSID, but still nothing.

Any other hints on how to make my NAT type Open(or is this just a common error, cause I haven't seen anything about it)?

Thanks again,

Dice.

You don't need to have NAT open if you play on Dedicated Servers.

Oh, really?

Didn't quite think about that :lol:

Ok, thanks for the quick response, you can lock the topic now :D
