no it doesn't even my server provider said so its not on the server.cfg. it only worked in mw2 not mw3.

I'm turning on my laptop to test it with 2 clients.

I'll tell you in a few minutes.

 

EDIT: tell your server provider to get updated with FourDeltaOne's quality standards.

It definitely works. The teams on our servers are auto balanced often.
