how to edit camo?

Lolno, the CRC's need to match and a bunch of other shit as well. Just redo the camps not that hard if you did it before

Camo editing is quite hard..lot of conversions from .IWD to .DDS, then DDS to IWD and some Hex Editing

You mean .IWI, right? If you use IWIFix then you do not have to Hex edit.
